To study and carry out, with a view to the economic development, land and economic infrastructure operations, in particular to carry out the study of development operations to be undertaken in these departments, to proceed to the study of urban renewal and property restoration operations to be undertaken in these departments. To proceed with the construction and development of the equipment that accompanies them. To rent or sell, manage, maintain and enhance by any means the buildings built. The company will carry out the activities referred to above both on its own behalf and on behalf of others; In particular, it may carry out these activities within the framework of agreements entered into under the conditions defined by Article N[5 of Law N[ 83.597. More generally, it may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions that may be directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or likely to facilitate its achievement.
