The purpose of the society is the promotion of public health, public health care, care for the elderly, welfare and popular and vocational education as well as the realization of the tasks of Caritas as an expression of life and nature of the Catholic Church. The company's purpose can also be achieved through the planned cooperation within the meaning of § 57 Abs. 3 AO with at least one other corporation, primarily with the affiliated companies of the company (Klinikum St. Georg GmbH, Medizinische Versorgungszentren Niels-Stensen-Kliniken GmbH, Niels-Stensen-Kliniken Bramsche GmbH, Niels-Stensen-Kliniken Christliches Klinikum Melle GmbH, Niels-Stensen-Kliniken Elisabeth-Krankenhaus Thuine GmbH, Niels-Stensen-Kliniken Marienhospital Ankum-Bersenbrück GmbH, Niels-Stensen-Kliniken Marienhospital Osnabrück GmbH, Niels Stensen Pflegezentrum GmbH, Niels-Stensen-Kliniken Servicegesellschaft mbH, Niels-Stensen-Kliniken St. Vinzenz-Hospital Haselünne GmbH, MVZ Natruper Holz GmbH), which otherwise fulfils the requirements of §§ 51 to 68 AO and in particular the charitable purposes Promotion of public health, public health care, care for the elderly and welfare tracks/tracks. The planned cooperation takes place through the provision of functional and support services such as management services, personnel services, development of solutions and concepts in the field of medical technology and information technology as well as the provision of associated services, services in the field of accounting (in particular financial accounting) as well as the planning, management and control of corporate divisions (controlling). In addition, the scheduled cooperation takes place through the use of functional and support services such as the receipt of purchasing and pharmacy services as well as services in building cleaning and the supply of electricity and gas, consulting in areas of energy supply as well as in the form of planning and implementation of projects for energy and media supply. Likewise, the purpose of the articles of association can be achieved by holding and managing shares in tax-privileged corporations within the meaning of § 57 (4) AO. The company may also pursue its purposes within the meaning of § 58 No. 1 AO by the donation of funds for the realization of tax-privileged purposes by another tax-privileged corporation or a corporation under public law. The donation is subject to proof of tax relief in accordance with § 58a AO. The Company may use an auxiliary person within the meaning of § 57 para. 1 sentence 2 AO to fulfil its tasks, insofar as it does not perform the tasks itself. It may also act as an auxiliary person within the meaning of § 57 sec. 1 sentence 2 AO for other tax-privileged corporations and legal entities under public law. The Company may enter into all transactions that are useful to achieve or promote its purpose. In this context, the Company may also a) establish its own legal entities b) participate in other legal entities c) conclude agency and cooperation agreements of any kind d) have tasks performed in whole or in part by third parties. The society acquires corporate membership in the competent Diocesan Caritas Association.
